Tips for Creating Billing Plans Web Version

First, navigate to the Student Billing menu on the left and select Plan Builder.

Click the large pink + button at the top to create a new plan.

Start by typing in the Plan Name at the top. We recommend using the same name you offer to students, as this makes it easier to identify the plan later.
Next, select the Lesson Frequency. You will most likely use Weekly for the majority of plans or Bi-Weekly for students who attend every other week.
It's important that the Length of Time (in minutes) matches the lesson duration. For example, most of our plans are 30 minutes, but we also have plans for 60-minute lessons and bands/groups.
The Billing Frequency should be set to Recurring Billing if you are charging students every month.
For Price, enter the exact dollar amount. This will be the default price for everyone on this plan. Note: If you are offering discounts, do not create a separate plan. You can apply discounts when you book a student for the plan. See that tip for how to do it.
For Payment Methods, always select both Credit/Debit Card and ACH. You can add additional custom payment methods by clicking the small pink + button. There is another tip for creating custom payment methods.
You can skip the Registration section for this type of plan. There is another tip that explains how to create a registration plan. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
